Plumbing Tool Retro Fit

Step 1

Unscrew lid from packing box and remove the plumbing tool. Check all parts are present.

Step 2

Ensure the RF is switched off & the oil pressure is set to zero before installing the plumbing tool.

Step 3

Remove the cover from the Rollformer toolhead.

Step 4

Locate the plumbing tool on the support plate so the pins locate in the locating holes.

Step 5

Bolt the plumbing tool in position using the M8 bolts.

Step 6

Fit the slug shoot under the tool support plate using the M6 cap screws.

Step 7

Using a sharp knife cut away the heat shrink at the end of the wiring loom & pull out the spare cable from the flexible conduit

Step 8

Fit the hershman plug to the end of the wire - located on the hydraulic valve.

Step 9

Remove the caps from the 2 fittings on the hydraulic hose T Pieces.

Step 10

Connect the hoses to the fittings.

Step 11

Replace Toolhead cover.

Step 12

Switch the RF on and check for leaks.

Step 13

Enable Plumbing tool in the setting section of RF software. Use Large Service Hole (Service 2).
