Problem/Question

• Material bowing left or right
• Damaged Notched tabs

Possible Causes

Possible cause could be because the toolhead is misaligned with the Rollcage and needs to be re centred

Possible resolution

There are 4 Bolts highlighted in Purple in the above picture that holds the tool plate to the main frame of the rollformer. A 16mm spanner should fit these bots.

Loosen off these 4 bolts and manual feed material through. After you have fed roughly 500mm to 1000mm through you can re tighten these bolts be careful not to move the tool plate while tightening them.

Quick tip

Looking at material exit of the toolhead and the material at toolhead entry as indicated in the following pictures you can judge by eye if the material is centered to the toolhead.
